Your wellbeing is very important to us. If you suffer from dental phobia our team are always on hand to provide constant reassurance, we will talk you through every stage of your treatment to avoid any confusion and give you the opportunity to ask any questions. You will also be offered oral sedation and IV sedation before going into surgery.
We deliver the personal touch to all our patients through our individual patient care scheme. We want to give your the full care and attention you deserve, and we are always willing to go that extra mile. One of our personal dental assistants is responsible for liaising with you before the appointment by phone or letter, ensuring you are comfortable about all aspects of your proposed treatment. They then meet and greet you, providing reassurance and pre and post-operative instructions. You can request music and DVD’s to play whilst in surgery, plus newspapers, food and drink. We even have an account at the deli next door as we encourage our patients to relax outside the dental environment.
Every patient deserves a high level of patient aftercare. On departure you will be given post surgery advice, a follow up call is made the day after surgery to check on your progress and ensure you are satisfied and happy with your treatment. As a special touch, patients who have undergone major surgery are sent special gifts such as flowers. After all, we love to make you smile.
